We can’t do better until we know better.
Our vision is to create champions for change – individuals and communities who see themselves as stewards of the natural world. By sharing knowledge, we hope to inspire respect, compassion, and curiosity about the wildlife and fauna that share our world.
Through educational content, we aim to:

EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Schedule a program for your group! We provide in-person animal programs for schools, scouts, birthday parties or other events. We also offer themed nature hikes.
Topics include:
Wild and Native: Reptiles and Amphibians – Discover the fascinating world of PA’s reptiles and amphibians, including how to identify species, understand their behaviors, and what to do if you encounter them in the wild.
Sky Hunters: Birds of Prey of PA – Get up close with some of Pennsylvania’s raptors and explore the adaptations, behaviors, and conservation challenges of these powerful predators of the sky.
Growing Wild: Native Plants and Pollinators – Learn how to identify native and invasive plants and discover simple ways to create a pollinator-friendly yard that supports local wildlife.
Mushrooms and Moss! – Explore the often-overlooked world of fungi and mosses and their vital role in forest ecosystems.
